Crystal Palace head to France on Thursday looking to take a major step towards the Conference League knockout stages.
Oliver Glasner’s side are in superb form, having kept four clean sheets in their last five matches. This defensive solidity has been the bedrock of their recent success. The Eagles face a tough test against a Strasbourg side that is unbeaten in Europe this season.
However, Palace will be confident after their recent 2-0 away win at Wolves. A victory at the Stade de la Meinau would see them leapfrog their opponents in the table and put them in a strong position to qualify automatically for the Round of 16.
Oliver Glasner plans to rotate his squad slightly to manage workloads. Borna Sosa is confirmed out. Therefore, Tyrick Mitchell will likely continue at left wing-back.
In defence, Jaydee Canvot is pushing for a start. This could allow Glasner to rest either Marc Guéhi or Chris Richards. In midfield, Will Hughes could partner Adam Wharton. Consequently, Daichi Kamada may get a rest. Up front, Jean-Philippe Mateta will lead the line. The creative duo of Ismaila Sarr and Yéremy Pino will support him.
Crystal Palace predicted XI: Henderson; Canvot, Lacroix, Guehi; Munoz, Hughes, Wharton, Mitchell; Sarr, Pino; Mateta
The Conference League fixture will be played at the Stade de la Meinau on Thursday, 27 November 2025, with kick-off scheduled for 8:00 pm GMT.
The match will be broadcast live in the UK on TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate. Coverage starts at 7:30 pm GMT.
