Eintracht Frankfurt ‘to seek’ lower Kalimuendo fee as Forest assess attack | OneFootball

Eintracht Frankfurt want a reduced price for the Forest loanee, whose deal carries a reported £23m option. Talks are under way, Bild claims, with negotiations targeting a package of no more than €20m (£17m).

Kalimuendo’s January departure proved contentious. Cover signing Lorenzo Lucca struggled and returns to Napoli, so the attack will be reassessed, with Chris Wood and Taiwo Awoniyi into their final 12 months alongside Igor Jesus.

Feyenoord’s Ayase Ueda topped the 2025/26 Eredivisie with 25 goals and has been linked with Brighton, Tottenham and Leeds. “Then you go to Nottingham Forest; do you know how many you score there? Four if you're lucky and get to take the penalties,” he told Voetbal Primeur.
