Every possible 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule for NYCFC players | OneFootball

It is officially the week of the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Three New York City FC players will be at the tournament. Matt Freese is with the United States men's national team, and Aiden O'Neill and Kai Trewin are with the Australian national football team. In addition, former NYCFC player Joe Scally and former academy player Gio Reyna are also with the USMNT.

Both national teams are in Group D, so the players will face one another in the group round. Whether everyone will take the pitch at the same time is another story, but it would be great to see if that occurs.

Likely, many NYCFC supporters want to watch the USMNT. At the same time, they might want to watch the Aussies as well.
