The FA Cup third round draw has produced some eye-catching ties, including all Premier League clashes and potential giant killings.
There are several underdogs looking to continue their remarkable run in the competition, with the financial rewards on offer making a huge difference for those clubs.
Here are the non-league sides that are still left in the competition, and who they will have to get past if they want to reach the fourth round stage.
The National League side have made a habit of going on good FA Cup runs, making it all the way to the fifth round in the 2021/22 season.
They were knocked out by Premier League Everton that season but still made it tough for them too before ultimately falling to a 2-0 defeat.
Luke Garrard’s side will face League One side Burton Albion in the third round of this season’s tournament, after seeing off higher ranked opposition in League Two Newport County in the last round.
They are enjoying a strong season in England’s fifth tier, sitting fifth after 21 games played. Burton, meanwhile, are 18th in League One. Could there be an upset on the cards?
This is the first time in the club’s entire history that they have made it to the FA Cup third round. The National League South side beat Aldershot Town in the first round before knocking out Chelmsford in the previous match.
Now they will travel to League Two side Grimsby Town looking to make history once again, though unsurprisingly, the best betting apps in UK have them as big outsiders for the clash.
Weston-super-Mare are currently enjoying a strong league campaign though, sitting fourth in their division and will go into the game full of confidence. Grimsby, meanwhile, sit mid-table in League Two.
An incredible story, with Macclesfield reaching the third round for the first time since the club was re-formed in 2020, after the old club was liquidated.
Since being re-formed, they have risen up the leagues under the management of Robbie Savage, who left this summer to move to Forest Green Rovers, and the National League North side knocked out Slough Town in the last round.
Now, they face a huge home tie against Premier League side and the current FA Cup holders Crystal Palace in what is sure to be a huge occasion for the Silkmen supporters, and a fantastic chance for the players to test themselves against elite opponents.
