Fiorentina confirm Paratici appointment as Tottenham explain exit | OneFootball

Fabio Paratici will become Fiorentina’s sporting director in February, with Tottenham outlining his exit once the January window closes.

The clubs said in statements that the 53-year-old will start on 4 February 2026, and that his return to Italy follows the end of the window. Tottenham thanked him for his contribution and noted it aligns with his wish to move back home.

Paratici, formerly of Juventus, joined Spurs in 2021 and will conclude the January window in North London before taking up the role.

Fiorentina have 14 points from 20 Serie A matches and sit in the relegation zone, three points from safety. They are unbeaten in their last three league games, with one win and two draws.

The Viola have already added Manor Solomon from Tottenham via Villarreal and Marco Brescianini from Atalanta this month. They are also close to further winter reinforcement in Leeds’ Jack Harrison.
