Flamengo resume preparations on Wednesday after their 1-1 draw with Corinthians, with Carlo Ancelotti calling up Léo Nannetti and a positive update on Alex Sandro.

On Tuesday 24, goalkeeper Léo Nannetti, a standout in the Libertadores Sub-20, was invited by Ancelotti to join the Brazil squad for this FIFA window.

The club later confirmed Alex Sandro had suffered an injury, though the medical department do not regard it as serious.
