Nottingham Forest will make a late decision on Murillo's fitness before Wednesday's pivotal meeting with Wolves at the City Ground, Nottingham Post reports. Kick-off is 7.30pm.
Neco Williams missed the last outing through suspension after a red card in the 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace, and he now returns to contention.
Forest were beaten 3-1 at Leeds on Friday, when Murillo was sidelined by a calf issue that forced a last-minute defensive reshuffle. Zach Abbott started at right-back, Ola Aina switched to the left, and Morato partnered Nikola Milenkovic.
Sean Dyche said Murillo's problem is settling, a final call is likely tomorrow and it remains touch and go, so a midweek return is possible.
Dyche is likely to be without goalkeeper Matz Sels, who sustained a groin issue against Palace and ceded the gloves to new signing Stefan Ortega at Elland Road. The manager added that the injury is settling but not a matter of days, the timeframe is unclear and they hope it improves soon, with Sels feeling positive.
As it stands, Forest are three points above the relegation zone, a cushion that could have narrowed by kick-off. West Ham, in 18th, would move level on points with Forest if they beat Manchester United at home on Tuesday.
