Having been on international break since the FA Cup victory over Sheffield United, the vast majority of Andree Jeglertz’s players were in the same place again earlier today.

While those involved in the Asian Cup are still away, the rest of our Barclays Women’s Super League title-chasing squad reconvened at the City Football Academy.

They were put through their paces immediately as attention turns to this Sunday’s trip to Aston Villa.

With six league games remaining, City remain in the driving seat at the top of the table ahead of the resumption of club football.

But all that is still to come, today was all about getting to see each other again!
