Garro equals Bruno Méndez to move sixth among Corinthians’ foreign appearance makers | OneFootball

Rodrigo Garro has climbed to sixth on Corinthians’ all-time list of foreign appearance makers after reaching 119 matches, drawing level with Uruguayan defender Bruno Méndez.

According to Meu Timao, Paolo Guerrero is next on 130 appearances, while Ángel Romero leads outright with 377.

Of those appearances, he has started 94. Wearing the number eight shirt, he has scored 16 goals and provided 26 assists, for 42 direct goal involvements.

He also features in other historical lists. He is the 16th highest scorer at Neo Química Arena, the 34th most-used midfielder for Corinthians, and the 45th highest-scoring midfielder for the club.

With Rodrigo Garro available, Corinthians return to action on Thursday nine April at 21:00, away to Platense in Buenos Aires, for their Copa Libertadores group-stage opener, possibly under a new head coach.
