Gianni Infantino’s FIFA remuneration has quadrupled over eight years, reaching €5.27m in 2024.

Le Monde reports that, after reviewing FIFA’s filings with US authorities, the president cost the organisation $6.133m in 2024. That comprised $2.954m in base salary, $1.874m in bonuses, $1.148m in other reportable compensation, and $155,000 in retirement and deferred pay.

Eight years earlier, FIFA had declared only $1.5m for its president.

The 55-year-old could see his earnings rise further, as FIFA says it has delivered record revenues since he replaced Sepp Blatter in 2015.

The federation has projected $11bn in “products” for the 2023-2027 cycle.
