Happy birthday, Daniele!  | OneFootball

Just a couple of days after Michele Di Gregorio, it’s now Daniele Rugani who is celebrating and blowing out the candles on top of his birthday cake.

The Bianconeri defender turns 31 today, 29 July. And, just like Di Gre, Daniele will spend his special day on the training pitch with his teammates.

Rugani spent the 2024/25 season on loan in the Netherlands with Ajax, and he made 26 appearances across all competitions for the Dutch giants. He then returned to Turin and took part in the Club World Cup with us, facing Real Madrid in the Round of 16.

That appearance marked his 149th in bianconero, considering only competitive games.

Part of our Men’s First Team since 2015, Daniele has had loan spells abroad with Rennes and, as mentioned, Ajax. He has also had a temporary spell away with Cagliari in Serie A.
