Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries has said he would be ‘interested’ in exploring a move to the Premier League.
Dumfries has been regularly linked with a move to the Premier League in recent transfer windows.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have all been credited as admirers of the Dutchman, who has excelled over four seasons at the San Siro.
Dumfries was a key part of the Inter side that reached the Champions League final last season, starring during the semi-final win over Barcelona.
The 29-year-old scored 11 goals in all competitions in 2024/25, underlining his status as one of Europe’s most effective wing-backs.
He believes his qualities would be well-suited to English football and has said he would ‘definitely be interested’ in a Premier League transfer.
“I play in Serie A and I’m comfortable at Inter, but I think I could do well in the Premier League too,” Dumfries said in comments published by Fabrizio Romano.
“I’d definitely be interested. The Premier League is known for its intensity, while Serie A is one of the strongest leagues tactically.”
