Chelsea require a comeback to keep their Women’s Champions League hopes alive while holders Arsenal look to finish the job at the home of their London rivals at Stamford Bridge.
The European champions Arsenal made full use of home advantage in the first leg as goals from Stina Blackstenius, Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo secured a 3-1 win at the Emirates.
Chelsea, though, were aggrieved by refereeing decisions, with head coach Sonia Bompastor frustrated by VAR as the visitors had two goals disallowed either side of a stunning finish from Lauren James.
Arsenal secured their 11th consecutive win in all competitions on Saturday as Russo scored a hat-trick in the 5-2 win over Tottenham, while Chelsea won 4-3 against Aston Villa.
Kick-off at Stamford Bridge will be at 8pm BST on Wednesday 1 April.
It will be shown live on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer, with coverage starting at 7:30pm. The match will also be streamed on Disney+.
Nathalie Bjorn, Millie Bright and Mayra Ramírez are absent for Chelsea due to injury while Aggie Beever-Jones is a doubt after missing the first leg.
Arsenal boss Renee Slegers revealed on Friday that Kyra Cooney-Cross will miss the remainder of the season due to personal reasons and joins Manuela Zinsberger and Katie Reid as definite absentees. Leah Williamson is a doubt.
