Leeds United remain in for top target James Trafford and retain hope over Julian Brandt, with several exits edging nearer.
According to David Ornstein, the 23-year-old goalkeeper is leaning towards Elland Road, with Newcastle no longer considering him despite long-term interest. His future was set to be settled after the World Cup and he is on a three-week break following England duty.
Leeds were not in active pursuit of Japan international Zion Suzuki and have waited on the Trafford opportunity. No agreement is in place with Manchester City, though the clubs have held talks.
Leeds are hopeful Brandt will decide soon. His father Jurgen visited Thorp Arch for talks last week and the German has been keeping fit at Bayer Leverkusen’s facilities while weighing options.
Valencia are keen to bring Largie Ramazani back to LaLiga after last season’s loan. Jack Harrison looks likely to sign for New England Revolution in MLS.
An undisclosed fee is expected for Harrison, and removing his wages along with income generated would provide a financial boost.
Daniel Farke’s squad arrived in the US this week and are training at Red Bull’s new facility in New Jersey before this weekend’s Wrexham game.
