Jorginho and Luiz Araújo out as Flamengo name squad to face Internacional | OneFootball

Flamengo, chasing their first win in the Campeonato Brasileiro, host Internacional at the Maracanã at 19:00 Brasília time on Wednesday. Head coach Filipe Luís has named his matchday squad for the fixture.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the squad comprises: Alex Sandro, Andrew, Ayrton Lucas, Bruno Henrique, Carrascal, Daniel Sales, Arrascaeta, De La Cruz, Douglas Telles, Dyogo Alves, Emerson Royal, Erick Pulgar, Everton Cebolinha, Evertton Araújo, Varela, Léo Ortiz, Lucas Paquetá, Léo Pereira, Pedro, Plata, Rossi, Samuel Lino, Vitão and Wallace Yan.

Filipe Luís has nearly a full group available. Saúl continues his recovery from surgery on his left heel, Jorginho is suspended and Luiz Araújo is out with muscle pain. Danilo has been granted leave to deal with a personal matter.

The match also brings Lucas Paquetá back in front of the Maracanã crowd. He made his first appearance in Brasília in the Supercopa and now returns to play at the Maracanã.

The game is part of the second round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. Premiere, on pay-per-view, is broadcasting the match.
