Flamengo will be without Jorginho for the clássico against Fluminense.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the Italo-Brazilian had a wisdom tooth removed in recent days and only rejoined team training on Saturday 24. With limited time back in the group, he will not feature.

Arrascaeta is also unavailable as he follows the early season conditioning plan. Despite being sidelined, the number 10 visited the Ninho do Urubu training complex this morning.

Danilo, Ayrton Lucas, Saúl and De La Cruz are further absentees for the derby. They remain under the medical department’s supervision and will miss upcoming matches.

Kick-off is at 18:00 Brasília time on Sunday 25 at the Maracanã.
