According to Gazzetta dello Sport, as reported by Mundo Deportivo, Juventus are working on a huge contract renewal for Kenan Yildiz amid growing interest from Real Madrid. 

The 20-year-old Turkish international has become one of Juventus’ most important players, but Real Madrid’s admiration for him continues to grow.

Yildiz’s rise has been nothing short of impressive. 

The young forward showcased his maturity and leadership during the recent European clash against Real Madrid, where he made history by becoming the youngest player to captain Juventus in a continental competition. 

His performance that night only strengthened Madrid’s belief that he could be a player perfectly suited for their long-term project under Xabi Alonso.

Real Madrid tracking Yildiz

Real Madrid have been closely monitoring his development and see Yildiz as one of the most promising attacking players in Europe. 

His intelligence on the ball, versatility, and work ethic make him an ideal fit for the club’s evolving style of play. 

Reports suggest that Xabi Alonso is personally keen on bringing the player to the Santiago Bernabeu, viewing him as a key figure for the team’s future.

Juventus are well aware of the growing interest and are preparing a new contract for Yildiz that would run until 2030, worth around €6 million per year. 

This deal would make him one of the club’s best-paid players, a sign of how determined they are to keep him in Turin. 

However, Real Madrid’s long-term planning and financial power could make a move possible if the right opportunity arises.

Italian intermediary Giovanni Branchini recently revealed the depth of Madrid’s admiration, stating, 

“Xabi wants Yildiz at Real Madrid. He’s willing to part with anyone to bring him in, except Mbappe. Juventus, however, is asking for around €100 million.”

While Juventus may value him highly, Madrid’s recruitment strategy has often revolved around signing young, world-class talents with significant potential – a category Yildiz fits perfectly into. 

If his progress continues at this rate, it would not be surprising to see Real Madrid make a serious move for the Turkish prodigy in the near future.
