Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has sent a message of encouragement the way of the club’s fanbase.
This of course comes in the thick of a week to forget for all associated with Los Blancos.
Álvaro Arbeloa’s troops kicked their European campaign back into gear on Wednesday night, in a Champions League quarter-final return leg meeting with Bayern Munich.
The Spaniards competed hard throughout the 90 minutes, but ultimately saw their efforts fall short, following a late Eduardo Camavinga red card.
The aforementioned Mbappé found the net once more at the Allianz Arena, to continue what has been a scintillating season in front of goal for the Frenchman.
The harsh reality, though, is that with two seasons on his Real Madrid CV, Mbappé remains trophyless.
But as alluded to above, the former Paris Saint-Germain man evidently does not expect this to remain the case for too much longer…
Speaking to the media in the aftermath of Los Merengues’ Champions League exit, Mbappé assured:
“I promise one thing… We will start winning again, and very soon.”
