Lazio ‘enquired about’ Luka Stojkovic during Dominguez talks amid Fulham interest | OneFootball

Lazio have enquired about Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Luka Stojkovic during talks in Split, held alongside negotiations for defender Sergi Dominguez.

On Thursday sporting director Angelo Fabiani met Dinamo officials primarily to discuss Dominguez, the preferred replacement for Mario Gila, sold to AC Milan. Il Messaggero reports the gap narrowed but no deal yet, with Dinamo dropping their price to €12 million and Lazio offering €9-10 million plus bonuses.

During the trip, Fabiani also asked about Stojkovic, an attacking midfielder admired by Gennaro Gattuso. Lazio are seeking alternatives after missing out on Bayern Munich’s Jonathan Asp Jensen, who will sign for Deportivo La Coruña.

Stojkovic is coming off a standout season, posting 13 goals and 12 assists and underpinning Dinamo’s domestic double.

Fulham and Bologna are interested. With Dinamo valuing him at €10 million and his deal running to June 2028, prising him away could be difficult for Lazio.
