Leeds United have asked supporters to remain seated after full-time at Elland Road today, when Brighton visit for the final home game. The club said in a statement that the squad will return to the pitch to show their appreciation.

Daniel Farke’s side face the high-flying visitors in a three pm kick-off, with their Premier League status already assured before the home finale.

Safety was confirmed by Arsenal’s 1-0 win at West Ham last Sunday, which sealed survival with three matches to spare.

The fixture follows Monday night’s 1-1 draw at relegation-battling Tottenham Hotspur.

After the whistle, players will briefly head to the dressing room before being introduced back one by one, joined by their families. They will complete a lap of appreciation around the stadium. The format mirrors last season’s post-match celebrations after the Bristol City game.
