Leeds United are exploring a move for Stuttgart striker Ermedin Demirovic after two prolific seasons, according to Sky Germany.
The 44-cap Bosnia international, a teammate of Tarik Muharemovic, has scored 32 goals and supplied 11 assists across that spell.
The report adds that interest is high, with Juventus and Fenerbahce also in the mix, and nothing is concrete. Head coach Sebastien Hoeness is open to a sale, the hierarchy would prefer to keep him, and the player would gladly stay.
Demirovic is under contract until the summer of 2028. Leeds are assessing centre-forward options as they begin their search for a number nine.
Leeds have underlined their intent, landing Tarik Muharemovic and Harry Wilson, and being linked with Julian Brandt and James Trafford. They have replaced Pascal Struijk, now at Brighton, with the Bosnia World Cup defender in a move praised by Serie A observers.
Demirovic was strongly linked with Elland Road last summer, but as a newly promoted side facing relegation risk, a deal looked unlikely. After a 14th-placed finish and a bold start to this window, Leeds have a real chance of landing him.
