Leeds United will face Manchester United in a Dublin pre-season friendly this August, with ticket sales and prices confirmed for the Croke Park clash. Key windows for members and general sale have been set.

Leeds United chief business officer Morrie Eisenberg said the club are excited to return to the Irish capital, called Croke Park one of the most historic venues, and looked forward to renewing the rivalry. He noted it would be the first football match at the stadium since 2009 and that the game will aid preparation.

The fixture is scheduled for 19:30 on Wednesday 12 August at Croke Park, which holds 82,300 and is primarily used for Gaelic football. The match has been sanctioned by the FAI.

Pre-sale opens today for Croke Park Premium and Suite members and for Manchester United and Leeds United season ticket holders and members, with Leeds members able to buy from 4pm. General sale starts at 10am on Friday 10 April via Ticketmaster. Tickets are priced from €50 for adults and €25 for under-16s, plus booking fees.

Leeds will head to Dublin for a second consecutive summer, after a 1-1 draw with AC Milan at the Aviva Stadium last August. Tens of thousands of their supporters attended from across Ireland, with others travelling from the UK and Europe.
