Leicester City begin a rapid reset under Russell Martin after relegation to the third tier for only the second time.
According to LeicesterMercury.co.uk, several have already left at contract end and a fresh audit sets out who should be kept, loaned or sold.
Jakub Stolarczyk was last season’s number one, yet Martin’s preference for a ball-playing keeper could prompt change. Fran Vieites did not feature and will seek minutes. Asmir Begovic, 39, remains in talks, while 21-year-old Stevie Bausor should head to League Two on loan.
Wout Faes and Caleb Okoli are viewed as sales. Ben Nelson could excel in League One if retained, though a strong bid might sway it. Luke Thomas is a keep, Harry Souttar starts if fit but may attract Championship interest, while moving on Jannik Vestergaard, with a year left, would make sense. Bade Aluko looks first-choice right-back.
Hamza Choudhury could stay or go at the right price amid Birmingham City interest. Oliver Skipp wants to leave, with Middlesbrough deterred by a £15m tag and around £8m might work. Harry Winks should be sold. Louis Page and Sammy Braybrooke look ready to step up, while Michael Golding needs a loan and Will Alves must seize his chance.
Bobby De Cordova-Reid should be kept. Stephy Mavididi’s future is uncertain, yet he could dominate at this level. Abdul Fatawu is an obvious sale at £20m-£30m to fund arrivals. Jake Evans stays, Nathaniel Opoku is likely to go and Jeremy Monga is heading to Manchester City for around £10m.
