Rúben Amorim’s decision to leave Alejandro Garnacho out of last month’s Manchester derby has fueled speculation about his future at Manchester United.

According to the Daily Mail, Garnacho is no longer seen as “untouchable” at Old Trafford, with top European clubs—including Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, Real Madrid, and Barcelona—keeping a close eye on his situation.

While a transfer isn’t imminent, United could be open to offers of around £70 million, a price that might be out of reach for clubs like Atletico Madrid and Juventus.

Journalist Steve Kay reported that Tottenham have seriously inquired about Garnacho, while CaughtOffside noted continued interest from Atletico, PSG, and Juventus.

If the right bid comes in, United may consider selling, though Atletico and Juventus could struggle to meet the asking price.

What’s the latest on Alejandro Garnacho?

On Friday, TBR Football reported, citing sources, that Manchester United aren’t ruling out the possibility of Garnacho leaving Old Trafford before Monday’s transfer deadline.

The report claims that the Red Devils are seeking a fee of over £70 million, while Chelsea are considering a late move for the young Argentine and could meet that valuation.

Chelsea have internally discussed a move for Garnacho and have been informed by intermediaries that he would be open to joining the West London club.

Sky Sports reported this week that Napoli are set to resume talks with Manchester United over Garnacho.

The two clubs had planned to reconnect at the start of the week in an effort to find a compromise. Napoli are looking to reach an agreement in principle with the winger and his representatives while hoping to negotiate down United’s asking price.

Chelsea have also been monitoring the Argentina international but have yet to make a formal approach. For now, Garnacho’s focus remains on Napoli. The Serie A leaders are still in the market for a wide player after losing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month.
