Multiple sources in Italy are reporting that Milan have a full agreement in place to sign centre-back Mario Gila from Lazio and that his former club Real Madrid will be entitled to a 50% cut of the fee.
Gila looks all set to become Milan’s second signing of the summer transfer window after their club-record deal for Goncalo Ramos, as Sky Sport Italia, Fabrizio Romano and various others are reporting that an agreement has been reached to sign the defender from Lazio.
Tuesday’s reports indicate that an agreement has been struck over a fee in the region of €30m with bonuses included. €15m of that is expected to go to Madrid, where Gila had broken through before joining Lazio in 2022. He cost the Biancocelesti a reported fee of €6m four summers ago.

Milan had originally seen an offer of €25m plus €2m in bonuses turned down by Lazio according to the latest updates from Gianluca Di Marzio. The agreement was reportedly found on the basis of a fixed fee of around €27m-€28m plus additional bonuses to take the deal up to the €30m mark.
The 25-year-old is expected to sign a five-year contract in San Siro with wages reported to be worth around €4m-€5m per season. He had recently entered the final year of his contract with Lazio.
