Nico Williams returns to Athletic’s 24-man squad for Sunday’s trip to the Coliseum to face Getafe. Ernesto Valverde has included the winger after almost two months out.

As reported by as.com, the coach said the Spain international feels very good after treatment for pubalgia, with no discomfort, quick and in good spirits.

He added that rhythm only comes with minutes and that Nico has a chance of playing. Athletic also welcome back Yeray after completing a 10-month UEFA suspension, along with Sannadi and Egiluz.

Sannadi last featured on 25 October against Getafe before surgery on his right knee. For Egiluz, who suffered a serious injury to the same joint in pre-season, this is his first call-up.

Gorosabel is a late withdrawal with minor issues in the left hip rotator muscles, joining Paredes and Prados on the sidelines. Academy winger Selton Sánchez has returned for now to the B team.
