Celtic have eyed a move for Bodo/Glimt striker Kasper Hogh, who has already attracted interest from Norwich City.
Norwich City could be handed a late blow in the winter transfer window by Scottish Premiership giants Celtic, as they're set to be a rival for their top striker target.
The Canaries continued their resurgent Championship form on Monday, with a 2-1 victory over leaders Coventry City, thanks to goals from Anis Ben Slimane and Ali Ahmed.
Philippe Clement's men have won four consecutive games across all competitions and are now four points clear of the second-tier relegation zone.
Norwich have also enjoyed success in the transfer market, as January recruit Ahmed from Vancouver Whitecaps has notched four goal contributions in his first three games for the Canaries.

Clement is due to oversee changes to his forward line before the transfer window closes, as Josh Sargent is closing in on a Norwich exit.
The USA international has not featured in the Championship since a 2-0 defeat to Stoke City on 4 January, leaving the Canaries increasingly reliant on fellow striker Jovon Makama.
Meanwhile, Norwich have eyed a move for Bodo/Glimt striker Kasper Hogh, who showed his class by scoring a brace for the Norwegian club against Manchester City in the Champions League last week.
According to Football Insider's Pete O'Rourke via X, Celtic are now pursuing a late move for the 25-year-old.
Current Celtic manager Martin O'Neill also managed the Canaries for a brief period back in 1995, and he's now looking to beat his former club to a deal for the prolific Danish striker, who has scored 21 goals this season across the UEFA Champions League and Norwegian league and cup competitions.

Norwich have not felt the full effects of Sargent's absence in recent weeks, as Makama has been in inspired form, scoring four goals in his last four games, including a hat-trick in the 5-1 FA Cup victory over Walsall.
However, with the USA international set to leave Carrow Road, Clement needs more depth in the striker position, as Makama is still in his first season at Championship level, having previously played for League One outfit Lincoln City.
Therefore, if Hogh joins Celtic, rather than moving to Norfolk, it could damage the Canaries' chances of pulling themselves further clear of the second-tier relegation zone.
Celtic remain in the Scottish Premiership title race, despite the presence of surprise league leaders Hearts, and the Bodo/Glimt man could have his eyes on the potential to win silverware in Glasgow.
Contrastingly, Norwich's primary goal is the more humble aspiration of staving off the threat of relegation to League One.
Clement's men will be in a buoyant mood after following up on their 5-0 triumph over West Brom with a victory over title challengers Coventry, and will head into this Saturday's clash with automatic promotion contenders Middlesbrough full of confidence.
Boro are in great form too, though, having enjoyed three consecutive wins over the Baggies, Stoke, and most recently Preston North End.
