According to FirenzeViola, Nottingham Forest have made contact over Fiorentina right-back Dodo, with the Brazilian appearing on his way out this summer.

The 1998-born defender has made clear his wish to move, and Fiorentina, working with his representatives, are seeking a new club.

A swift deal is complicated by the asking price, around €15 million, with his contract running to 2027.

Napoli remain the most persistent suitors. A route to agreement could be a swap, with Viola interest in winger Noa Lang and a cash element weighted towards Napoli.
