Leeds United joined all 20 Premier League clubs in voting to keep the £30 away ticket cap for a further two seasons, the Premier League said in a statement.

The cap has applied across the top flight for the last 10 seasons, ensuring adult away tickets are not priced above £30.

Leeds mirrored that level in the 2024/25 Championship, having already pushed reciprocal pricing in 2023/24 by approaching rivals to keep costs down. Several clubs accepted, although Coventry City were among those to reject the offer.

If Leeds remain a Premier League side beyond the summer, travelling supporters will be protected from matchday ticket increases by the renewed cap. The decision also recognises the rising costs around matchdays, including public transport and petrol.

Since its introduction in 2016, away attendances have risen from 82% to 91%. The extension will take the cap to 12 consecutive seasons.
