Leeds United were among 20 Premier League clubs to unanimously keep the £30 away ticket cap for two more seasons, the Premier League said in a statement following a shareholders' meeting. The statement praised travelling supporters and noted away attendances have risen from 82% to 91% since 2016, while also recognising wider travel costs.

The cap has run for 10 Premier League seasons and sets a £30 ceiling on adult away tickets. The latest extension will take it to 12 consecutive seasons.

Leeds applied the same £30 limit in the 2024/25 Championship to mirror top-flight policy.

In 2023/24 they pursued reciprocal pricing, contacting rivals to keep costs down. Several agreed, though Coventry City were among the clubs to reject it.

If Leeds remain in the Premier League beyond the summer, the extension means their travelling fans would be shielded from ticket price rises, though other matchday expenses such as public transport or petrol still apply.
