Rasmus Hojlund has left Manchester United to join Napoli on loan for the 2025/26 season.
The Danish striker joined the Red Devils from fellow Serie A side Napoli two years ago but has struggled with consistency at Old Trafford. In total, Hojlund has featured 95 times for the club, scoring 26 goals and making four assists.
Now the 22-year-old is looking for a Napoli revival, akin to the kind former team mate Scott McTominay enjoyed.
The Italian side are paying €6 million to secure the player's loan and will pay €44 million should a clause be reached, one that reportedly relies on Antonio Conte's side securing Champions League football – an outcome that is likely.
Defending champions Napoli are currently top of the table with two wins from as many games so far this season.
