Real Madrid fans call for one player during Getafe clash | OneFootball

Supporters of La Liga giants Real Madrid have taken to social media in numbers on Sunday evening, to send a collective message regarding one player to manager Xabi Alonso.

This comes amid their side’s latest outing.

Real Madrid are of course currently locked in action on the domestic front.

In their first fixture post-international break, Los Blancos have made the short trip across Spain’s capital, for a La Liga meeting with Getafe.

To this point, however, Real have endured a frustrating evening all told.

Forced to contend with a stout Getafe backline, the visitors have struggled in efforts to carve out clear-cut opportunities for themselves.

And amid these struggles, the club’s fans have come together to cry out for the introduction of one player: Arda Güler.

Relegated to the bench for one of the first occasions this season, youngster Arda’s guile and creativity have been sorely missed by Real Madrid.

Ahead of an important 45 minutes to come, the pressure is in turn on Xabi Alonso to make use of the Turkish international’s talents as soon as possible.
