Real Madrid training confirms double injury boost before Elche

The latest training session held by La Liga leaders Real Madrid on Monday confirmed a pair of boosts on the personnel front.
This comes after both Antonio Rüdiger and Aurélien Tchouaméni were spotted back training on the grass.
Defender Rüdiger and midfielder Tchouaméni were both forced to sit out Real Madrid’s final fixture heading into the international break.
In the case of the former, as much came as a result of a serious muscular injury, which has ruled the German out since all the way back in September.
Tchouaméni, on the other hand, suffered a fitness setback in Los Blancos’ Champions League defeat at the hands of Liverpool earlier this month.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest images stemming from Valdebebas are anything to go by, then both players could yet be back available for selection to face Elche this weekend.
As showcased below, Rüdiger and Tchouaméni were spotted out on the grass on Monday, confirming positive progress in their respective recoveries:
