Inter Milan could reportedly make Parma a player-plus-cash offer for defender Giovanni Leoni this summer transfer window.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Ginaluca Di Marzio. He reports live on air via FCInterNews that the Nerazzurri could include Thomas Berenbruch or Matteo Lavelli in a bid.
Inter Milan’s interest in Parma defender Giovanni Leoni is well-known at this point.
The Nerazzurri had reportedly already tried to sign the teenage defender last summer. However, Parma beat them to the punch.
But after a very convincing campaign at the Stadio Ennio Tardini, Inter’s interest in Leoni has only grown stronger.
Particularly after the appointment of Cristian Chivu as coach. The 44-year-old had really gotten the best out of Leoni at Parma.
Therefore, Inter want to beat the competition and snap up Leoni this summer. Above all, the Nerazzurri are fighting with city rivals AC Milan for the 19-year-old’s signature.

According to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter are ready to start making their move.
And he anticipates that the Nerazzurri could look to use a player-plus-cash bid to sweeten the deal.
Di Marzio names two particular players that Inter could offer Parma as part of a deal for Giovanni Leoni.
One would be midfielder Thomas Berenbruch. Then, another is forward Matteo Lavelli.
