Serie A giants Inter Milan have reportedly set their sights on outgoing Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri are weighing up a summer swoop for the USMNT star.
Weston McKennie will be out of contract in June.
However, the 27-year-old has emerged as a vital part of Luciano Spalletti’s setup, scoring several important goals this season.
Therefore, the record-time Serie A champions are desperate to tie him down to a new deal.

With less than six months left to run on his current contract, McKennie is eligible to negotiate with other sides.
As a result, Inter could convince him to sign a pre-contract even before the season ends.
Meanwhile, Beppe Marotta has become an expert for signing elite stars on Bosman deals.
With that in mind, this fits his modus operandi.
McKennie’s stance remains uncertain, although he has so far shown little interest in extending his contract in Turin.
