Tottenham Hotspur entertained Manchester United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. Spurs made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 32nd minute when Bryan Mbeumo found the back of the net. Thomas Frank’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Mathys Tel managed to equalise for the North London club in the 84th minute before Richarlison completed the turnaround just seven minutes later. However, Matthijs de Ligt scored a late equaliser for the visitors as Tottenham had to settle for a lackluster 2-2 draw in front of their home fans.
