Roma is looking for a left-back for next season.
Angelino has been out for most of the season, Tsimikas will return to Liverpool after his loan spell with the Giallorossi, and Wesley is expected to return to the right flank, the reason he was signed in the summer.
The Brazilian has adapted effectively to the opposite flank, but the intention is to play him on his preferred flank.
That’s why, as Nicolò Schirà reports, the Roman club has set its sights on Alexandro Bernabei from Internacional de Porto Alegre.
Roma has set its sights on Alexandro Bernabei, a 169 cm (5’6″) left-back who has scored six goals this season.
The Argentine has also played for Celtic and Lanús. The 2000-born player’s agents are in Porto Alegre and will meet with Internacional’s management in the coming days to understand the club’s plans for the future.
Alexandro Bernabei’s value is estimated at around €8-9 million. If a proposal comes close to that, negotiations could begin.
