The signing of the San Siro sale contract to the joint company owned equally by Inter and Milan has been postponed until Tuesday, November 4.
This news comes according to Il Giornale, via FCInterNews, citing financial sources close to the new stadium dossier.
The deal, originally scheduled for the end of October, was delayed.
This was due to logistical complications that prevented it from being finalised on time.
Both clubs had already acknowledged on Wednesday that completing the signing by October 31 was unlikely.

The revised November 4 date now serves as a crucial target.
Going beyond that point would be considered risky.
This is because the heritage protection order on the Meazza’s second tier is set to take effect on November 11.
While sources stress the delay is purely technical, time is running short for both Inter and Milan to close one of the most significant transactions in their modern history.
Indeed, one that could finally set the stage for their long-awaited stadium redevelopment.
