Santos have set out their week, which features a Brasileirão clássico against São Paulo and a decisive Paulistão trip to Noroeste.
According to Diario Do Peixe, the squad reconvened on Monday afternoon at CT Rei Pelé after a day off, beginning preparations for a critical run of fixtures.
Santos are without a win in six across Paulistão and Brasileirão, with three draws and three defeats. They remain outside the Paulistão quarter-final places and there are two group games left. The league campaign began with a 4-2 loss to Chapecoense.
The headline fixture comes on Wednesday, the fourth, at 20:00, when São Paulo visit Vila Belmiro in the second round of the Brasileirão. It follows a 2-0 defeat to the same rivals last Saturday 31 in the state competition.
Attention then turns to the Paulistão on Sunday, the eighth, against Noroeste at 16:00 at Alfredo de Castilho in Bauru. Santos need a win to climb out of the relegation zone and keep their knockout hopes alive.
Training is scheduled at CT Rei Pelé at 16:00 on Monday, 17:00 on Tuesday and 16:00 on Thursday, then 10:00 on Friday and Saturday, with travel to Bauru on Saturday afternoon.
