São Paulo state prosecutors have given Corinthians 10 days to explain suspected irregularities in the Fiel da Sorte rewards scheme, which ran from 2023 to April this year. Prosecutor Cassio Conserino signed the order on Thursday.
According to ge.globo, the programme promised weekly draws and experiences for Fiel Torcedor members and became the target of complaints. Allegations cite fake or inflated invoices, missing services and inconsistencies between the contractor’s tax base and issued invoices.
The dispatch notes sequential invoices, cancellations for similar sums and payments totalling R$ 7,567,283.75, plus a suspected lack of Caixa authorisation since at least late 2024. Conserino linked the case to an ongoing probe into false invoices and advance payments, ordering a response within 10 days under penalty of disobedience.
Launched in June 2023, Fiel da Sorte offered a digital scratch card, with each member granted 12 free plays a month. The scheme vanished from club channels in April 2024, yet payments to operator Incentiva Serviços Combinados continued, reaching R$ 6.9 million by early this year.
Incentiva lists Corinthians as its only client. Monthly instalments rose from R$ 124,488.75 in August 2023 to R$ 343,522.50 in April 2026, with 34 payments across the tenures of Duilio Monteiro Alves, Augusto Melo and Osmar Stabile.
The club sought to terminate the contract last month for alleged breach and is auditing what was undelivered. It may ask a court to set reimbursement and damages, with the deal originally to 2028. OneFan has no prize-fulfillment records, federal approval expired in September 2024, yet reports show rabiscadinhas until 19 December 2025.
