Sassuolo will face Juventus in Serie A matchday 30 on Saturday amid a whooping cough outbreak, with 10 first-team players unavailable, including six who fell ill this week.
The club said in a statement that tests in recent days confirmed one case and identified five others with compatible symptoms, and that the symptomatic individuals are isolating. Lega Serie A has been informed and the situation is being monitored.

Sassuolo did not disclose the identities of the affected players.
Despite the outbreak, the fixture remains scheduled for 20:45.
As a precaution, there will be no pre-match handshakes and no post-match embraces between the teams.
