The reports note that if Vlahovic wanted to join Inter, he would have to take a significant pay cut.

The Nerazzurri’s other top earners are Nicolo Barella (€6.5 million), Hakan Calhanoglu (€6.5 million) and Thuram (€6 million).

Therefore, Vlahovic’s wage would have to fall in line.

Additionally, even if Inter manage to sign Vlahovic on a free transfer, they will still face other costs.

Agent fees, signing bonuses and additional incentives all contribute to the total cost.

To conclude, Inter must carefully evaluate all of these factors before making a move for Vlahovic.
