Inter used to score at will under former manager Simone Inzaghi.

However, they’ve taken their scoring prowess to the next level this term, largely thanks to the two summer acquisitions.

Francesco Pio Esposito and Ange-Yoan Bonny have been huge upgrades on the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Mehdi Taremi, and Joaquin Correa.

For context, Inter’s frontline has scored 18 goals, the same as they did at the same stage of last season.

Yet, Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram had bagged 16 of those 18 goals in the 2024/25 campaign.

On the other hand, Esposito and Bonny have relieved pressure on the standout duo, chipping in with five goals combined.
