Brian Brobbey’s World Cup surge has intensified summer interest, yet Sunderland appear reluctant to sanction an exit for their in-form striker.
According to Tutto Juve, Juventus, Atletico Madrid and VfL Stuttgart are monitoring the 24-year-old, alongside other enquiries, and Sunderland see him as central to their project and are not minded to let him go easily.
The report adds there are no negotiations at present, although Juventus could still explore the situation. Any agreement would hinge on Brobbey’s willingness to move and on finances that might soften Sunderland’s stance.
Brobbey has scored three goals across his last two World Cup outings in North America this summer, extending the form that earned admirers on Wearside last season.
In recent days he has also been linked with Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa in the Premier League.
