RESULTS:
Thanks for joining us at OneFootball this weekend! See you all next time.
FULL TIME: Villa 0-3 Palace
That's that from Villa Park, with all three points heading out the door. Plenty of questions for Unai Emery, but Oliver Glasner will love what he's seen.
Lots to think about for Emery ahead of Deadline Day.
GOAL! 78' - Villa 0-3 Palace
The momentum continued in favour of the visitors. A long throw-in finds the head of Ismaïla Sarr at the back post and he stays onside to make no mistake.
After 75 minutes of action, Palace lead 2-0 from just two shots on target. Precision.
Could that be his final contribution to the Palace faithful ahead of a potential move to Liverpool?
GOAL! 68' - Villa 0-2 Palace
It's all the hard work from Marc Guehi, and he's therefore rewarded. The captain intercepts a ball in the middle of the park, drives forward and ends up being gifted the ball again before curling it home into the far right side of the net.
The celebration after Mateta's penalty. But he got a yellow card for it!
Youri Tielemans is the latest to get involved, asking for Dean Henderson to punch away a shot from distance. In the process, Adam Wharton appears to have picked up a groin injury and is taken off.
Emery's message at half-time must have been clear. The hosts are moving the ball a lot quicker now, with Watkins and Morgan Rogers involved.
SECOND HALF ON NOW
The hosts bring on Emi Buendía. Can he bring the spark they need?
HALF-TIME
The final 45 minutes is coming up next. Will Villa find a way back into it?
Walking back on that Dean Henderson save, he did it with his face.
Ollie Watkins here trying to get the hosts back into it on his own. He splits both centrebacks as he races through, but his toe poke isn't powerful enough to beat Dean Henderson.
Palace, meanwhile, are appearing to slice and dice through the Villa defence. Daniel Muñoz is the latest to run into the box but nothing to come from it.
Aston Villa are slowly growing into this game, but they're still moving the ball a bit too slow for the home faithful to get back into this.
GOAL! 21' - Villa 0-1 Palace
It's a confident penalty from Jean-Philippe Mateta, who converts into the bottom left corner after goalkeeper Marco Bizot took out Daichi Kamada in the box.
Much like the Liverpool-Arsenal game in the early stages, we have little to show between Villa and Palace after 20 minutes with only one shot combined.
One thing to note is that there is no Emi Martinez for Unai Emery, as the World Cup winning goalkeeper inches closer to securing a move to Manchester United.
KICK OFF!
And finally, we have Aston Villa hosting Crystal Palace to round out the weekend. Game on.
Moments to forget for this Arsenal duo.
This means Arne Slot remains perfect after three matches, while Mikel Arteta and company lose their first.
FULL TIME! Liverpool 1-0 Arsenal
After a very dull 83 minutes, one moment of magic from Dominik Szoboszlai lifts the champions beyond Arsenal at Anfield.
This game only had four shots on target, and only one of them mattered.
Szoboszlai hit the potential match winner from almost 33 yards away, according to the Premier League!
And you thought Jurgen Klopp was good. 😜
There will be seven added minutes. Can the Gunners get back into it?
Some shots from around the pitch after Szobo hit that beautiful free-kick.
Liverpool will hope that knock to Florian Wirtz doesn't last too long. Meanwhile, a 15-year-old Max Dowman comes on for Arsenal. He was born in 2009.
A look at where the Hungarian hit that from...
GOAL! 80' - Liverpool 1-0 Arsenal
They've made Anfield wait, but boy, what a way to potentially win it.
Dominik Szoboszlai, who is playing at right back tonight, steps up from well outside the box, brings the free-kick up and over the wall and it dips beyond David Raya.
A funny moment for now Arsenal man Eze on his debut.
Meanwhile, Joe Gomez and Curtis Jones entered the match but haven't made much of an impact. Federico Chiesa now comes on for the apparently injured Ibrahima Konaté.
It's been all Liverpool though since the 60 minute mark arrived. Florian Wirtz is the latest to have a go, but his effort is blocked.
We have some substitutes now. Martin Ødegaard and Eberechi Eze come in. Can they make an impact for the Gunners?
A reminder of what we've seen so far.
Again it's Cody Gakpo who is keen to find the opener. But his low drive was comfortable handled.
BIG MOMENT!
Hugo Ekitike put the ball into the net after some chaos in the but Cody Gakpo was offside in the build up which rules the goal out.
Ryan Gravenberch and Noni Madueke continue to try and create a spark. But's genuinely dully here at Anfield.
According to the commentators, the last time these two sides drew at Anfield was in the 1990s.
SECOND HALF UNDERWAY
Who will walk away with all three points? Let us know in the comments below.
Not a good look.
HALF TIME
And nothing to show from it with just one shot on target after the opening 45 minutes.
Arsenal finally earn their another corner in the game and the attempt from Declan Rice finds Ricardo Calafiori but the header goes wide.
The strikers are very quiet this Sunday.
Neither side has registered 150 passes yet, which may tell you something about how nervy this game is so far in the first half.
A reminder of what that Arsenal injury list looks like now.
Now we've had a chance at the other end. Noni Madueke's attempt was pushed away by Alisson. You can feel the tension building here.
After the first 20 minutes, we've only had one shot, courtesy of Cody Gakpo, which went wide of the left post.
Mohamed Salah has already seen a lot of the ball, as has Florian Wirtz. Meanwhile, Gabriel Martinelli is eager to get the game going at the other end.
It's already scrappy, and we have an early substitution. William Saliba is off after less than five minutes after pulling up with an injury. On comes new Cristhian Mosquera signing.
KICK OFF!
And we're underway at a deafening Anfield. Buckle up.
And we're continuing with the Premier League action today. Liverpool welcome Arsenal to town in just a few minutes.
FULL TIME! BRIGHTON 2-1 MAN CITY
An incredible result, and one that felt impossible at half-time such was City's dominance.
Milner and Gruda's goals seal a famous comeback win for the Seagulls, and make it back-to-back losses for City.
New crisis club in Manchester?
FULL TIME! NOTTINGHAM FOREST 0-3 WEST HAM
A stunning late show sees West Ham secure their first points of the season, and in some style.
Relief for Graham Potter. Great win.
Minutes left in added time for City to rescue a point.
Bowen almost gets West Ham a fourth.
A remarkable end to today's games.
GOOOOAL! BRIGHTON SCORE IN THE 89TH MINUTE!!!
Amazing.
Brajan Gruda is sent through on goal, and sidesteps Trafford and Ait-Nouri to slot into an empty net.
The Amex is rocking, and Pep can't believe it.
It was 0-0 in the 84th minute, and now the Irons faithful are in party mode.
How they needed that ahead of the international break.
GOOOAL! WILSON MAKES IT THREE!
They've done more than hold on, and it's now 3-0.
Callum Wilson has his first for the club, powerfully heading home a El Hadji Malick Diouf cross on the break.
A stunning few minutes.
Nine minutes added on for Forest to do something.
Surely West Ham will hold on?
GOOOAL! WEST HAM SEAL THE WIN!
Paquetá is the coolest man in the City Ground, sending Sels the wrong way.
That's the game. Huge win.
PENALTY TO WEST HAM!
Summerville has been on the pitch for eight minutes, and he's got an assist and won a penalty.
Ibrahim Sangaré takes him down for an obvious spot kick.
GOOOOAL! BOWEN MIGHT HAVE WON IT!
They might just take home all three!
The ball pinballs around after a throw-in, until Crysencio Summerville picks it up and plays into the path of Bowen.
The West Ham skipper hooks home a brilliant left-footed effort that Sels can't reach, sparking wild celebrations in the away end.
What a win this would be for Graham Potter.
Not much in the way of chances at the City Ground.
West Ham would be the happier to take home the point.
Jérémy Doku and Nico O'Reilly are on for Bernardo Silva and Omar Marmoush.
Guardiola will be fuming if his side don't win this. They were so dominant for so much of the game until Nunes' handball.
Milner changed his shirt number to 20 in honour of Diogo Jota this season, and copied his celebration for that equaliser.
A lovely touch.
GOAAAAL! MILNER LEVELS IT FOR BRIGHTON!
Just off the bench, former City man James Milner steps up to send James Trafford the wrong way.
That's his first goal for Brighton. Big moment.
PENALTY TO BRIGHTON!
Matheus Nunes sticks an arm out, and it's a clear penalty.
James McAtee is on for fellow Forest new boy Dan Ndoye.
Can the ex-City man spark this game into life? Could do with a goal.
And this is how Arsenal line up without Bukayo Saka and Martin Martin Ødegaard....
Liverpool team is here..
City are well on top but have yet to get the crucial second goal.
We'll also have team news from Anfield in just over 10 minutes as Liverpool and Arsenal get ready for a huge clash.
BACK UNDERWAY!
West Ham kick off the second half at the City Ground, and Brighton-City will be back soon too.
HALF TIME!
Just the one goal so far at the Amex and City Ground.
City and West Ham will be happy, Brighton and Forest less so.
Haaland has been everywhere in this first half, and almost nicks the ball off Verbruggen after closing him down.
Brighton could do with half-time.
GREAT SAVE!
West Ham have been far better here, and Lucas Paquetá almost gives them the lead in the 40th minute.
New boy Mateus Fernandes does well to get the ball into the box from the left, but the Brazilian's effort is tipped over in fine style by Matz Sels.
GOOOAL! HAALAND GIVES CITY THE LEAD!
At the fourth time of asking, Haaland gets his goal and City are ahead.
It's nice play from Oscar Bobb and Omar Marmoush, with the Egyptian poking the ball in for the striker to lift over Verbruggen.
You can't give him that many chances, and not expect to concede at some point, and so it's proved.
BIG SAVE!
Verbruggen is called into action, and he does brilliantly well to turn away Erling Haaland's header at the back post.
Lovely ball in from Rayan Ait-Nouri for that chance.
Not too much to report on from the City Ground, but that might be a good thing for West Ham fans considering their start to the season.
Brighton's first opening sees them break quickly, with Danny Welbeck releasing Kaoru Mitoma, who sees his shot well turned away by James Trafford.
Plenty of bite in this game so far, with Jan Paul van Hecke going into the book for some possible retribution on the Dutch midfielder.
Prior to that, Tijjani Reijnders followed through on Diego Gómez in a tackle.
He won the ball but got the man too, and Fabian Hürzeler was far from impressed as his defender received on-field treatment.
Erling Haaland has the first chance of the day, and by his lofty standards, it's a bad miss as he hits a weak effort straight at Bart Verbruggen.
Aston Villa take on Crystal Palace at Villa Park tonight, but first up we have Brighton vs. Manchester City and Nottingham Forest vs. West Ham.
Both games kick off in five minutes.
The main event is, of course, the titanic clash between Liverpool and Arsenal at Anfield, but either side of that, there's plenty of action.
Hello and welcome to our coverage of Sunday's four Premier League games.
