Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all continue to push for huge signings as the summer transfer window kicks into gear. The Gunners are in advanced talks over a blockbuster move for Viktor Gyokeres and are said to have submitted an opening bid for Chelsea winger Noni Madueke. Arsenal may have received a boost over Rodrygo and are said to be considering a swap deal for Eberechi Eze, with Cristhian Mosquera also firmly on their radar.

Chelsea may seek to leverage Arsenal’s interest in Madueke as they target Ethan Nwaneri and Max Dowman, while they also have their eye on Morgan Rogers. Manchester United need to act fast to seal a deal for Bryan Mbeumo, with Goncalo Inacio a new name on their shortlist after strong links to Javi Guerra and strikers such as Moise Kean and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Tottenham are closing in on the on signing Mohammed Kudus and are rumoured to be looking at Jack Grealish and Maxime Esteve, while Marcus Rashford could head to Barcelona as West Ham try to sign El Hadji Malick Diouf. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Rodrygo to Arsenal boost

Real Madrid were knocked out of the Club World Cup last night, losing 4-0 to PSG in the semi-final.

Significantly, perhaps, was Rodrygo did not play a single minute of the tie.

Amid links to Arsenal, as well as PSG, could this be a clearest sign that the Brazilian is surplus to requirements under Xabi Alonso?

If so, the next couple of days could be crucial with Real Madrid now out of the competition.

Real Madrid legends depart

Real Madrid’s loss to PSG at the Club World Cup heralded the end of two players’ stays at the club.

Luka Modric departs after 13 trophy-laden years, and is set to join AC Milan in August, as confirmed this week by Massimiliano Allegri.

Xabi Alonso said: “{Modric] will be remembered as a football icon. He will not be remembered for today's match."

Also departing is Lucas Vazquez, who will be available as a free agent. The Spaniard is a four-time La Liga winner and a five-time Champions League winner with the club, where he has plied his trade since 2007.
