Troyes announce Mathys Detourbet’s move to Manchester City, Monaco loan should follow

Troyes have announced the transfer of Mathys Detourbet to Manchester City. The club said in a statement that the 19-year-old winger has joined the English side. The fee is around €25 million.

Detourbet should then join Monaco on loan with an option to buy.

The move takes him to the City Football Group’s parent club, with both Troyes and Manchester City part of the same organisation.

Detourbet registered three goals and six assists in the league. He was among the key figures in Troyes’ excellent campaign.

Troyes are back in Ligue 1 after finishing champions of Ligue 2.
