The Brazilian Under-15 Men's National Team advanced in preparation for the 2026 season competitions in a training match with the Under-17 team of Madureira-RJ, at Granja Comary, in Teresópolis (RJ), this Sunday (1st). Since the beginning of the call-up, the first for the generation of athletes born from 2011 onwards, coach Guilherme Dalla Déa and his technical staff have been making observations and seeking to implement their game methodology.

The activity was divided into three periods, each lasting 30 minutes, and aimed to put into practice the offensive concepts worked on during the seven training sessions that preceded the match. All 27 players took to the field and, according to the coach, successfully executed the proposals.

“Our athletes perfectly understood the content and ideas we presented in this first preparation. We used everyone, with the same playing time, and it was very nice to see them against players two years older, not shying away from playing and proposing an offensive and very daring game. We increasingly notice that our athletes are coming with excellent technical and physical behaviors and a winning mentality,” he praised.

On Friday (6th), the team will face the Under-17 team of Nova Iguaçu-RJ. Facing teams from higher categories is part of the National Team's plan, to impose challenges on the Amarelinha and for the staff to monitor the team's evolution. Until the match, the plan is to work on defensive movements, since the focus in the first week of training was on attack.

For the training match with Nova Iguaçu, Dalla Déa explained that the goal is to continue observing the athletes' evolution from both an individual and collective perspective.

“The idea is to look at our athletes individually, but also mainly in the collective aspect, so that we can conclude these two weeks of work, with 15 training sessions, and that they can store and grasp the game ideas of the Brazilian Under-15 National Team. I am sure that our team will still have great evolution in all aspects,” he concluded.

Besides the goals of the Amarelinha, this call-up contributed to the athletes' preparation for the Under-15 Brazil Cup, a competition created by the CBF, with its first edition to be held this year.
