Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. swapped jerseys with a leading member of the attacking ranks at Arsenal on the back of the meeting between the sides on Wednesday night.

This, of course, came after the former and his teammates were sent packing from the Champions League in altogether underwhelming fashion.

After being downed by three goals to nil in the first leg of their quarter-final tie with Arsenal, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops could not turn things around in Spain, condemned to a 2nd successive defeat to surrender their European title with a whimper.

On target for Los Blancos on the evening, albeit amid another disappointing all-round showing, was the aforementioned Vinícius Jr.

And as alluded to above, the Brazilian, post-match, sought out the shirt of one of those to have found the net for Mikel Arteta’s Gunners at the Bernabéu.
