West Bromwich Albion face a tough test against Championship leaders Coventry City this weekend, but are helped by the return of two important defenders.
West Brom are 21st in the league and only two points above Leicester City in the relegation fight.
New manager Eric Ramsay has been in charge for seven games but as yet has not picked up a win.
He is helped by the fact that Nat Phillips and George Campbell are back in contention to start against Frank Lampard’s side, however.
Phillips was out due to concussion protocols, and Ramsay said: “We followed the protocol rigorously and he’s back and ready to go.”
Phillips has been instrumental for the Baggies this campaign, starting 31 of their 32 league games.
On Campbell, Ramsay said: “George will be involved (in the squad). We’ve got to start feeling more of a fullness of the squad particularly across the backline. That’s really important. That’s a welcome return.
“Chris (Mepham) being not too far around the corner is important. Krystian (Bielik) getting to where he got to last week is big and you are getting that sense of competition back.”
